Our Story
Virtual F&I Manager was founded in 2023 by Albert S Anticole.
Mr. Anticole has been in the Auto Industry for over 25 years and has a long, successful history of leading high performing/high volume F&I operations across South Florida and Houston, TX. As the Executive Director of F&I Operations for Off Lease Only, he developed an efficient remote F&I process that has been perfected over the years catering to off-site, out of state or waiting customers at sister store locations. The process became praised for high levels of compliance and fraud prevention while his team consistently set records in profitability. The process also evolved the dealership’s F&I department to become fully digital and paperless making funneling deals from multiple locations to a centralized accounting office instant and seamless. Mr. Anticole saw the increased demand for remote transactions and the consumers satisfaction with his process which led to the creation of Virtual F&I Manager. This innovative thinking is now available to all dealerships that want to modernize their F&I operations and optimize profitability.

All Managers are required to hold a valid AFIP Certification and are expected to maintain the highest level of compliance, ethics and professionalism while interacting with your customers.
